Thanks for tuning in! I have 18+ years of experience in Training/Coaching/Tutoring/Mentoring (both real-time & virtual,) a large chunk of which is aligned with the global corporate environment. In academia, I hold a PhD from IIT Kharagpur, India. My English proficiency level under CEFR is C2 (highest level.) I started my journey as a Trainer/Instructor with the American Red Cross in the USA. I continued in India with flagship companies like Accenture, Hewlett Packard, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and DXC Technology. I built my career with these organizations scaling up from the role of a communication coach to Manager, Training & KM. This journey includes my stint as a communication coach for new joiners, tenured personnel, and mid- and top-level management. Areas of coaching included Voice & Accent, Customer Service Skills, Business Grammar, Business Skills, and Cross-Cultural Competency. I use my exposure to multiple cultures, modern technology, and love for languages to offer the enumerated courses.
